Award Winning Elite Associates

Wednesday night saw the return of the annual Recruiter Awards For Excellence at The Grosvenor House Hotel where Elite we nominated for ‘Best Retail Recruitment Agency’.

The Elite team entered the Grosvenor ballroom dressed in full black tie anxious to find out the winner of our category. Whilst eating the gorgeous dinner laid on for us we listened to all the other categories and winners being called out., and then came the moment…..The Best Retail Recruitment Agency Award….and the winner is…..Elite Associates!!!!!!!

MD, Grant Morris and Director, Patricia Alfonso went on stage to collect our award whilst the Elite team and supporting companies gave a standing ovation! We are very proud of winning this award, especially as we have won it previously in 2009 and we’re not expecting to win again.

The judges comments on their decision to choose Elite were based on “understanding” “training” and “service”.

“In this category, the judges had very strong contenders, with each delivering great solutions to their clients. However, Elite came through as overall winner through it’s investment and creation of its Talent Management team, which ensures it finds exactly the right ‘fit’ for its clients. For Elite Associates, the judges felt the firm’s service was much more about understanding the personality of the clients as to the core skills they needed.’ ‘The team’s assessment is made on brand fit only and not on a commercial (bookings) basis.’

The team at Elite work incredibly hard to ensure we find the right people, who are of the highest standards to fulfill our clients needs and we will never settle for second best. With or without an award this is what we pride ourselves on, it is just a huge compliment that our hard work and integrity hasn’t gone un-noticed.

Of course, winning our award was the start of our evening, we went onto our after party in true Elite style to celebrate our award and to start planning what other category we can win next year!!!!
